Delivery Policy

Nature of Deliveries

Insomnyak Studio delivers exclusively digital content, including finalized audio files (mixing, mastering, custom compositions, sound design), sent electronically.

No physical delivery is provided.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the nature and complexity of the project.

Unless otherwise specified, services are generally delivered within 48 to 72 business hours after order confirmation and receipt of all necessary materials (audio files, clear brief, references, etc.).

Any delay will be communicated in advance.

Delivery Method

Final files are delivered digitally via:
– Email (WeTransfer, Google Drive, or private download link)
– Partner platforms (if applicable)
– Direct access to a secure download page

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the validity of their email address and to check their inbox (including spam or junk folders).

Delays and Exceptions

In case of force majeure, special requests, or late modifications from the client, Insomnyak Studio reserves the right to adjust the delivery timeline.
Any major change during the project may result in a revised delivery schedule.
