Insomnyak Studio provides exclusively custom-made digital creative services, including:
– Professional mixing and mastering
– Original sound design
– Custom music composition and beat production

Each order is tailored to the client's specific needs. No physical products are shipped.

DELIVERY TERMS

All deliveries are made digitally (via secure link such as WeTransfer or Google Drive) to the email address provided by the customer.

Execution begins immediately after order confirmation (listening, analysis, audio processing).
Final delivery usually occurs within 48 to 72 business hours, unless otherwise specified in advance.

PRICING & OFFERS

A monthly subscription is available for €249, including:
– 3 full mixing and mastering services
– Up to 2 revisions per track
– Fast turnaround
– Personalized follow-up

For all other services, custom quotes are provided.
Each project is unique and priced according to complexity, workload, and deadlines.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that begin with the client's prior consent.

By confirming your order, you explicitly authorize the service to begin before the 14-day legal withdrawal period and waive your right of withdrawal.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the fully personalized nature of our services:
– No refunds will be granted once execution has started.
– Exceptions may be considered only in case of a clear and proven breach of the initial brief, subject to review.
