Nature of Services

Insomnyak Studio offers exclusively made-to-order creative services, including:
– Original sound design
– Mixing and mastering
– Custom music composition and beat production

Each order is subject to a specific and personalized workflow, tailored to the client’s request.

Right of Withdrawal

​

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose execution has begun with the client’s prior consent.

By confirming your order, you explicitly authorize the service to begin before the legal withdrawal period of 14 days, and waive your right of withdrawal.

Execution vs Delivery

​

Service execution begins immediately after the order is confirmed (analysis, planning, and audio work).
Final delivery usually occurs within a maximum of 72 business hours, except in exceptional cases clearly stated to the client.

Refund Policy

​

Given the fully personalized nature of our services:
– No refund will be issued once the execution has begun.
– An exception may be considered only in the event of a clear breach of the initial brief.
